Audits
| This involves a detailed examination of the Company’s financial statements providing the highest level of assurance. An Audit is typically required for public companies and large private companies with multiple shareholders, extensive debt obligations and numerous financial statement users. |
Reviews
| This involves certain inquiry and analytical procedures providing a limited level of assurance over the company’s financial statements. A Review is typically required for medium to large private companies with multiple shareholders and external debt obligations. |
Compilations
| This involves the compilation of financial statements based solely on information prepared by the company and providing no level of assurance. A Compilation is typically sufficient for small to medium private companies with one shareholder and little or no external debt. |
